CPNI is information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of a telecommunications service subscribed to by a customer, as well as information contained in bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service. CPNI includes call records, call detail information, and related service usage data.

We do not disclose CPNI to third parties except: (i) as required to provide Your subscribed services; (ii) as required by law, court order, or FCC directive; (iii) to protect against fraud or unlawful use of our network; or (iv) with Your prior express written consent.
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect CPNI from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In the event of a CPNI breach, we will notify the FCC and affected customers in accordance with applicable FCC regulations.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, including encryption, access controls, and secure network infrastructure. This monitoring is conducted in furtherance of our FCC robocall mitigation obligations and our commitment to network integrity.
